What’s a good nights sleep worth?

Gone are the days of being able to crash at a friend’s house and wake up with a good 8 hours of sleep on the couch without a pillow or blanket. Nowadays I need my fan, sound machine, special neck pillow and also a body pillow to get half a nights sleep.

I’ve curated a list of items that I can no longer sleep without. I even bring most on vacations with me when I can.

Here are a few of my favs:

As I get older I need white noise to sleep because every creak and bump in the night wakes me. Dohm Sound machine $50

I am the princess and the pea. I suffer from neck pain and have bought every pillow under the sun. This is the only one that’s helped ease my pain after a nights sleep. It’s completely customizable and you can make it as thin or fluffy as you’d like. Coop pillow $64

You know when you’re getting a massage or facial and say to yourself that you wish you could recreate their bed at home? Well now you can get the sheets spas use and let me tell you they really are worth the price. Comphy sheet set $149 for twin set
